IPC 289 in Hindi जीव जंतु के संबंध में उपेक्षा पूर्ण आचरण :- यदि कोई व्यक्ति अपने कब्जे में रखे किसी जीव जंतु को जो अन्य लोगों को हानि पहुंचा सकता है | जो उसे ठीक प्रकार से सुरक्षित नहीं रखता है| यह असंज्ञेय एवं जमानतीय होने के बाद इसमें 6 महीने की सजा एवं ₹1000 जुर्माना या दोनों का प्रावधान है |

 

IPC Section 289 :- Negligent conduct with respect to animal.

 

Whoever knowingly or negligently omits to take such order with any animal in his possession as is sufficient to guard against any probable danger to human life, or any probable danger of grievous hurt from such animal, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.

(ख) इस धारा 289 IPC की जमानत कहां से होती है ?

इस धारा की जमानत थाने से हो जाती है |

 

(ग) क्या पुलिस को इस धारा 289 IPC के आरोपी को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए वारंट दिखाने की जरूरत होती है ?

नहीं , पुलिस इस धारा के आरोपी को बिना वारंट लिए ही गिरफ्तार कर सकती है |

 

(घ) इस धारा 289 IPC के मुकदमे की सुनवाई किस कोर्ट में होती है ?

ऐसे अपराधों को कोई भी मजिस्ट्रेट सुन सकता है |
